Hudson Job Search will present “Working with Recruiters” presented by Jim Gorian. Gorian is President of Management Recruiters of Hudson and an HJS advisor. His presentation will cover using recruiters in a job search and a take on today’s market place for job seekers.
Hudson Job Search will offer a program entitled “Fearless interviewing…how to excel in your next job interview”. This program will provide attendees with practical steps they can take to put themselves in the best possible position to be successful in the most critical phase of the job search process…the actual interview.
Abby’s topic “Exposing the Hidden Job Market” will discuss the most effective ways to get employed…and what recruiters know and won’t tell candidates. “People should send their resumes by snail mail,” she says. “Recruiters don’t get real mail anymore, or faxes for that matter.” Think nobody reads a resume more than two pages long? Abby says, “Nonsense. In 2015, it’s all about the accomplishments you list and the keywords that you use.”
