While many of the aspects of career management can be debated from an intellectual standpoint, the subject of salary and compensation is different. In this session, we will assume that compensation is an important component in job satisfaction. Further, we will look at any misunderstandings on money issues, by employee or employer, as hazardous to your health and well being.
