During this time of concern for everyone’s health due to COVID-19, safety is our number one priority.
Because of this, we’ve decided it’s best to suspend all Hudson Job Search activity through our April 6, 2020 Monday Night meeting. We will continually re-evaluate our schedule after this time and send out a message regarding the April 20, 2020 Monday Night meeting. You can check out our website for this information at www.hudsonjobsearch.org
We have also been informed that Christ Episcopal Church will be closed for the next three weeks.
We understand that this is an unsettling time and our March 16, 2020 speaker Marvin Montgomery’s presentation on “Power of Attitude in Your Job Search” would be uplifting not just for your job search, but for the current situation. In response to cancelling the meeting, Marvin is making a YouTube video with a portion of his presentation. This is a shortened version of Marvin’s presentation and we hope it gives you some great ideas on how to stay positive during this time of transition for you. Here is the link: https://youtu.be/efj5ERht0s0
I’ve also included Marvin’s website as well as another video presentation that he did for Grow Your Business Cleveland. This other presentation deals with Active Listening, which can be helpful in an interview. Check it out!
We encourage you to check out our website for Christine Meeker Lange’s blogs about our recent meetings that can be helpful in your search.
We will be sharing information on how to continue your job search during this time as we go forward.
