He currently serves as Talent Acquisition Lead for Materion Corporation, a global provider of high-tech solutions in electronic materials, performance materials, and precision optics. Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, with 32 locations worldwide, and a workforce of 3,700 employees, Tim provides full-cycle recruitment support through effective interaction with candidates and hiring managers.
