Tim Slager is an experienced talent advisor, career coach and long-time Advisor to HJS job seekers. He currently serves as Talent Acquisition Lead for Materion Corporation, a global provider of high-tech solutions in electronic materials, performance materials, and precision optics. Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, with 32 locations worldwide, and a workforce of 3,700 employees, Tim provides full-cycle recruitment support through effective interaction with candidates and hiring managers.
Tim developed his knowledge on this topic through leadership positions in recruitment (Adecco), professional development (Weatherhead School of Management), and career transition (Lee Hecht Harrison).
