Michael Polovick, current President of Hudson Job Search, is a retired HR executive with more than 30 years of experience interviewing candidates. As a previous HR professional he has perfomed over 10,000 interviews and now leads HJS, an organization with a part in placing over 4,500 job seekers. This gives Michael a unique understanding from the hiring manager’s perspective as well as the job seekers’ point of view.
