Sharon is Director/CHRO for Summit County. Sharon previously held HR positions for Allstate Insurance, METRO RTA, AKIMA at John Glenn NASA Research Center and the Cleveland Museum of Art. She earned Master’s degrees in advanced leadership studies (IWU) and public administration (University of Akron), and a BS in political science from the University of Dayton. Sharon is active on many boards, advisory councils and committees and is a proud member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
Sharon is married to Don Reaves and they have three children, three adorable grandchildren and fur-puppy, Smitty.
